We are a team of passionate architects and interior designers dedicated to creating innovative designs for our clients. Our company specializes in designing residential, commercial, hospitality, institutional and public spaces that are functional, aesthetic and tailored to meet our clients' needs. We work closely with our clients throughout the design process, from concept development to construction, to ensure that their vision is brought to life.
From the inception of our firm, we have been driven by a singular vision: to create spaces that not only fulfill functional requirements but also ignite emotions. Natural Lighting
Natural lighting aims to maximize the use of daylight in interior spaces. Factors such as proper orientation, window size and placement are considered in building design. This reduces the need for artificial lighting and saves energy.

Sustainable Materials
Sustainable materials are selected to preserve natural resources, reduce environmental impacts, and have recyclability. Examples include recycled materials, natural wood, bamboo, and low VOC (volatile organic compound) paints.

• Ambience Awards 2002, Gold prize in Commercial category for ‘OZONE’’ at Aundh, Pune, in the competition organized by ‘Indian Express Group’.
• Well Built Structures – First Prize– Builders Association of Pune for Ozone Shopping Mall for the year 2002
• IIID-MK Award 2009 – Runners Up (National level) in Architecture + Architectural Interiors Category for “Weekend House at Talegaon"
• IIID-MK Award 2009 – Commendation prize (west zone level) in Architecture + Architectural Interiors Category for “Weekend House at Talegaon"
• Young Designers 2009 – Publication Award by reputed magazine “Indian Architect and Builder” for “Weekend House at Talegaon"
• IIID-ANCHOR Award 2012 – Runners Up ( Regional level) in Sustainable Design Category for “Highway Restaurant’ at Uruli Kanchan, Pune”.
• IIID – ANCHOR Award 2013 – Runners Up (Regional level) in Small Office Interior Category for “ A&S Design Office ” (our own office interior).

The Team
Aparna Santosh (B.Arch.,)
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture from School of Architecture, C.E.P.T, Ahmedabad.
Worked as Project Architect with eminent Architect and Planner Christopher Benninger for 5 years from Jan 1996 to June 2001.
Established A&S Design with Santhosh M P in Pune from 2001.
Also worked as Consultant Architect with ADS, Dubai based Design firm from June 2012 till Jan 2013 on Adani Villa Project in New Delhi.
Presently continuing as Principal Architect for A&S Design.
